A Little Background on This Project:

​​

During November and December of 2018, Nicole and I got together to record a solo piano demo with a few of my original musical compositions. To begin, I left it up to Nicole to choose from my (BMI) catalog of over 100 original compositions and sent her the charts of her choice - with 9 of the songs being ballads and one, "You're It," being more upbeat.

 

During several recording sessions, Nicole laid down the 10 songs she'd selected. While this project was originally just a demo project, Nicole and I both agreed that this music project was just too good of a listen to not share with a wider audience. 

 

You'll marvel at the wonderful delivery and feeling that Nicole adds to these 10 songs, and while they border on the jazz style of music, they also harken back to the romantic melodies of the Great American Songbook.

 

This is the kind of album you can sit down and relax to - with your preferred choice of libation, of course. If I must say so myself, it's such a wonderful listen. Nicole's wonderful feel for each of these songs and her immaculate playing make these compositions come alive - in a mellow kind of way.  I hope you'll agree upon listening.
